Biography

Lagunes Ninfa Torres was born in Veracruz Misantla Mexico City in 1982, studying the Bachelor of Arts at the Universidad Veracruzana in Xalapa City, Veracruz. Currently teaches at the University of Arts and Sciences Chiapas.
